HEALTH GUARANTEE AND SALES AGREEMENT
TLC English Bulldogs is, to the best of our knowledge, providing a puppy that is free of disease and in good health. Each bulldog puppy has been immunized and wormed on a strict schedule.At the time of sale, to the best of our knowledge, the puppy will be free of any congenital birth defects. Our puppies are guaranteed against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough or other communicable diseases at the time of sale. Buyer is aware that English bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide an environment that is healthy for their puppy. The puppy must reside at and live inside the buyers dwelling. Buyer will provide puppy with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county and municipal laws and ordinances where the buyer resides. Buyer has also researched and is knowledgeable of the non-life threatening problems that an English bulldog could have (such as cherry eye, eyelid surgery (upper and lower), elongated pallet, short pallet, ear infections, skin conditions (including demodectic/red mange), etc.) and agrees that these are not covered under this health guarantee. After receiving the puppy, the purchaser has five (5) working days to have the veterinarian of their choice examine the puppy to assure them that they have purchased a healthy puppy. This will be done at the purchaser's expense. Under no circumstances will TLC English Bulldogs be responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy. Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or any condition that may go away or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered. TLC English Bulldogs does not give refunds. We will give a replacement puppy, but only for life threatening congenital birth defects. In such an event, buyer shall provide seller with (1) a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian substantiated by lab tests and/or x-rays as to the nature of the problem. (2) The puppy will be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense. (3) The AKC/APRI papers will be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense for the transfer back to the seller. (4) The opportunity to have a veterinarian of our choice examine the puppy for signs of abuse or life threatening congenital defects. (5) Proof that the puppy was examined by a certified veterinarian no later than five working days after receiving the puppy is required or the health guarantee is null and void. If proof of a life threatening congenital defect is shown and all of the above criteria are met, we will replace a puppy of equal value to the one purchased when one comes available. No problems other than life threatening congenital defects are covered in this agreement. We offer this health guarantee until the puppy reaches one year of age. *We do not guarantee that a puppy can be shown or bred.*We do not guarantee the color or size of the puppy now or as an adult. *There is no guarantee against cherry eye with English bulldogs.*There is no guarantee against demodectic/red mange with English bulldogs.*The puppy can not be used for research!!!!If at any time you transfer ownership of the puppy, this agreement is void immediately.
